Eugenics
is a mysterious topic. But, the definition of Eugenics makes it easy to understand:

is the study or methods of improving genetic qualities by selective breeding,

word was first introduced into the English language in 1883, and it is derived
from the Greek.
The
word Eugenics is related to genetics, but genetics is the manipulation of gene
based to seek better species. Eugenics, that is the "EU" of the word,
is totally involved in manipulation of species by engineered death.
Selective
reproduction in humans may be accomplished by:
1.
Euthanasia encouraged to the aged 2. Stalking populations that are not wanted
and putting them in harm's way. 3. Sterilization and castration. 4. Introducing
disease into a select groups of non desirables. 5. Incarceration indefinitely. 6.
Controlling who can reproduce by incentives or by law.
