What
do fats have to do with weight loss? Answer: You MUST eat fat to burn off body
fat. But, you must eat the right kind of fat- saturated fat.

In
our health area, weight management is all about eating healthy fat and protein
in generous quantities, and low intake of carbohydrates. Also, we encourage eating
fruit and vegetables.
Carbs
are not even needed to maintain good health. There are numerous traditional cultures,
like the Masaii of Kenya, and the Eskimos of the north, who eat no carbohydrates
at all unless they abandon their cultural heritage and join us insane Gringos
and Anglo Saxons in the big city.
Though
bread is well spoken of in the Bible, you must understand that Bible bread was
NOT all all like the rubbish we have today, even the kind baked at home with organic
ingredients. Much has changed in agriculture that causes grains to be nearly worthless.

1.
Eat more fat, but only animal fat that is not hydrogenated, and eat more tropical
fat. Add in some Mediterranean fats. Eating hydrogenated fat is suicide.

Cook at low temperatures, bake and broil. High heated fats are converted and are
dangerous. There is no record of deep frying or high heat cooking in Bible times.
Bible people either broiled or seethed (boiled) meat.
4.
Eat lots of salt, potassium foods, and magnesium foods.

Drink water with no chlorine and fluoride in it.

If possible, move from the city to the country to escape the system, and grow
your own food. You can usually find property with plenty of space for a garden
if you move to the rural ring outside of a city and commute. You either drive
to work, or you will later drive to chemo.

Exercise-- Not to look good, but to FEEL good and to get your blood pumping and
your endocrine system moving.
13.
Stop going to the doctor for "regular check ups." Doctors make lots
of money by doing tests, talking about "bad numbers," and making you
imagine you are sick. If you feel fit, live life, and let your neighbor make the
doctor rich. Now, if you really ARE feeling bad, and it has lasted for some time,
do go see the doctor.
Is
this ominous? Too hard to pull it all off? Well, start down the list, and do these
things one by one.
If
you cave in to the Federal propaganda about fat and carbs, and if you eat excess
carbs that you do not burn off, YOU WILL WEAR THEM. If you eat excess fat, it
is NOT stored. It is flushed, or you burn it, especially during the winter. Just
make sure you have the correct balance between Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats. More
