THE ANTICHRIST REVEALEDUsing

WHY SHOULD WE STUDY PROPHECY ABOUT THE ANTICHRIST? ANSWER: The Bible reveals much about the Antichrist, how he operates, what he thinks, and what his motives are. God did not include all this information only to expect us to avoid it. This is the policy of Reformation denominational Theologians. They avoid End Times teachings like a plague. They have made themselves geniuses unto John Calvin, but they are dumb as a chicken sitting on a doorknob as to the End Times. This clearly is not commendable according to Jesus Christ: Matthew
24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by
Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Jesus is telling the disciples what the time just before his glorious Second Advent will be like. It will be a horrible time for the Jews, especially those who have studied the Gospel and believed in Jesus Christ for their salvation. These will be Jews who were not taken out of the world in the Rapture of the Church by Jesus, but they were born again later.
In verse 15 Jesus makes reference to the book of Daniel and the prophecy there about the Antichrist who is the Abomination of Desolation and who blasphemes the Temple in Jerusalem. Jesus makes what we might refer to as an editorial comment, "whoso readeth, let him understand." Whoso readeth implies that reading of Daniel is a very good idea if you want to learn what is coming in the era of Antichrist. "Let him understand," implies that you are expected to let what you read in Daniel inform your mind about the Antichrist and his era. Use the mind God expects you to use instead of handing your brain to some pompous theologian who refuses to commit himself to anything. If you willfully avoid prophecy, especially that in Daniel, you are blaspheming Jesus Christ who told you to inform yourself.
So, the following is meant to use the Scriptures to give us knowledge of the future which seems oh so near at hand. I will give many Bible texts as proofs of what I am teaching, and I will include enough verses in each proof text to show the context. So, please read the whole Bible quote to be able to be sure I am not quoting out of context. Quotes from the Bible are from the King James Bible and are in red.
THE MODEL WHICH THE ANTICHRIST WILL FOLLOW
The model for the era of the Antichrist's invasion of the earth is Christ himself, but only in the model of Christ's humanity. I say this because the Antichrist is not a devil. He is a man, a man of sin, but he has the distinction of being chosen and appointed to his office by Satan himself. The name, Antichrist is prefixed with the word Anti. This means against or resisting something. In the case of Antichrist, this is a man who is against Christ.
The question is raised, can a mere man be as wicked as the Bible says the Antichrist will be? The Bible says that man is the most creative wicked one in the universe:
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
"Above all things" includes Satan. Before you were born again, you had all the potential to be the Antichrist. If you are a Calvinist, this is a great time to humble yourself, instead of exalting your election, and thank your God and Savior for willing you into the family of God. Your destiny without him was very fearful. You Arminians need to praise God for saving you for what he could make of you, trembling at what you would have been without him. In this regard, I would guess that there are thousands of men on earth today who have made a study and practice of being wicked so that any one of them could fill the office of Antichrist. It is within the heart of any man to be over the top wicked, that is, unless he has surrendered the rule of his life to Jesus Christ.
Antichrist comes and makes the world think he is Christ, and they worship him. God helps them believe in the Antichrist as we read in the Bible:

Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall
consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of
his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all
power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness
in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they
might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,
that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed
not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
This is the foundational Bible text when studying the Antichrist. God WANTS the wicked Christ rejecting world to believe in the Antichrist. God WANTS men converted to worship the Antichrist. So, for those Atheists and other skeptics in the world, God tinkers with their minds so that they will believe the Antichrist is Jesus Christ.
Everything else about the Antichrist depends on humanity being deluded and believing the Satanic lies of Antichrist.
If you read books by alleged prophecy scholars, you will soon realize that they are basing their assumptions and predictions on what Satan is like. That is perilous exegesis my friend. To, in any way, accurately predict what the Antichrist will be like, you need a very well studied understanding what Jesus Christ, the Messiah, is like. Satan is a master counterfeiter, and the Great Tribulation will be Satan's Swan Song. He will do everything possible to convince the world that his man the Antichrist is Jesus Christ the Messiah.

Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not
come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed,
the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is
called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of
God, shewing himself that he is God.
I will now commence my predictions of what the Antichrist will do and say, and how he will behave.
Prediction One- Who will Antichrist claim he is?
The Antichrist, to the whole world's population, WILL BE GOD. The only exceptions will be the Jews of the world who study the Gospel and believe that Jesus Christ is God. They will be very few, and they will be killed for their contrary belief. There will be a small number of Gentiles who also come to faith in Jesus Christ.
Prediction Two- What will be the first words the Antichrist speaks?
Answer: "I am back." In order to establish himself as Christ and God, he will have to fit in with the logic of revealed truth in the Bible. Many people on earth will have learned about Jesus Christ, though they rejected him. Thus, the Antichrist will need the credibility of fulfilling prophecy and history. He will claim he is the one who was crucified, was buried, and who rose again from death. He will have to claim to fulfill the Bible truth that Jesus Christ returns to earth to establish his Kingdom.
Luke
1:28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured,
the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
29 And when she saw him,
she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation
this should be.
30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast
found favour with God.
31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and
bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
32 He shall be great, and
shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the
throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob
for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
Prediction Three- What will Antichrist say to the Jews?
To the Jews, Antichrist will say, "This is my second time to come to Israel." The Jews will be overwhelmed to learn that the account in the New Testament is true, and they will at once repent of their unbelief and worship Antichrist thinking he is the true Messiah. This is another reason God sends universal delusion to all of humanity. The Jews have to worship Antichrist according to the Bible. God does not want rebel Jews to come before his judgment throne and give some lame excuse for their response to Jesus Christ in 33 AD. God wants these Jews to worship Satan's man. This will result in a just sentence of damnation to all rebel Jews.
If you are Jewish, take notice please. You will one day soon worship a man sent to you from Satan himself. If you come to this era in rebellion against Jesus Christ, God will make very sure you worship Antichrist so that God can damn you to Hell. It would be prudent for you to repent now, and believe in Jesus Christ, your Messiah. The following is a description of the day when you make the man of Satan, the Antichrist, your god in your temple, indeed in the Most Holy Place.

11:28 Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart shall
be against the holy covenant; and he shall do exploits, and return to his own
land.
29 At the time appointed he shall return, and come toward the south;
but it shall not be as the former, or as the latter.
30 For the ships of Chittim
shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation
against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence
with them that forsake the holy covenant.
31 And arms shall stand on his part,
and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily
sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.
32 And
such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the
people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
CREEDS AND PROPHECY Most Christian organizations and denominations have a section in their creeds of or doctrinal statements telling you how sure they are exactly when Jesus will return and the order of events of both terror and joy. The problem with this sort of adamant positioning is that none of it has happened yet. It is foolish to be mean spirited about prophecy because we are all making our claims based on how we, or some other alleged authority, interprets the Scripture and the future. Here is Sir Robert Anderson, a well known prophecy author, on this subject: "The reign of creeds is past. The days are gone forever when men will believe what their fathers believed, without a question..... Orthodoxy, in the old sense, is dead, and if any are to be delivered it must be by a deeper and more thorough knowledge of the Scripture." There are way too many voices calling us all to take a position on prophetic issues, but who is actually looking eagerly for Jesus Christ to come for his Church? Who takes Jesus literally when he said, John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. Jesus was not talking about the Second Advent when he arrives in the earth in power and great glory. He was talking about coming to remove those who believe in him from the earth. If you have this hope, and some idiot tells you, "That is not in our creed or doctrinal statement," tell the buzzard to get out of your face. |
Prediction Four- Antichrist will make peace throughout the whole world.
The Antichrist's initial entrance into the world will be as a peace maker.
Daniel
11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give
the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom
by flatteries.
22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from
before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.
23
And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come
up, and shall become strong with a small people.
24 He shall enter peaceably
even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers
have not done, nor his fathers' fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey,
and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong
holds, even for a time.
You can see the massive contradiction in the actions of the Antichrist. He will enter peacefully, flatter world leaders until they are in awe of his seeming goodness, and then he will "overflow" the whole earth and take power over all humanity by brute force. This will be history's most bloody and horrifying war. And, he will claim it is all in the interest of peace.
I am reminded of a missile the USA made long ago. It was the biggest beast for killing ever made up to that point, and President Ronald Reagan named it "the peace maker." The USA has been greatly implicated in the propaganda claim that peace can only be made by war and by killing lots of people. The world is now ready to believe this lie from Satan's man. Every killing field in the last 150 years has been praised because out of the massacre of thousands of soldiers will come peace. The USA has killed 1.5 million people in Iraq, and they still do not have peace. If your pastor exalts war making by the USA, he is probably not even born again. What ever happened to "Thou shalt not kill?"

Thus, the white horse and his rider.....
Revelation
6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the
noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2 And I saw,
and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given
unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Antichrist will come on a white horse the same way Messiah Jesus Christ later comes to announce his thousand year kingdom. Whether Antichrist actually rides into Jerusalem on a literal horse, or if this is figurative imagery, is not made clear in the text above. This white horse event in Revelation 6 is a counterfeit second advent of Christ. The crown means he will rule the world. The bow is a military weapon. Christ comes with a rod of iron and a sword coming from his mouth which is to enforce righteousness in the earth, not wage war. All four horses in Revelation 6 are phases of horror on earth while Antichrist rules. If the men on the white horse was Christ, then Christ ends up coming at the beginning of the Great Tribulation.
Here is how Christ comes at the end of the Great Tribulation:
Revelation
19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon
him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make
war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns;
and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was
clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed
in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword,
that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of
iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
The rider on the white horse of Revelation 6 has a crown, but he conquers with a bow, not a sword like Christ. Also, this white horse ridden by Antichrist is followed by a red horse, a black horse, and finally a pale horse. These last three are clearly predictions of horrible times coming. This is the Great Tribulation, and Jesus comes AFTER these seven years are over.
It is a gross mistake to claim that Jesus is the rider on the white horse of Revelation 6:2. Some of you prophecy teachers need to spend less time trying to sensationalize the Word of God and just teach it as it is.
Here is another description of the white horse event later in Revelation:
Revelation
13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they
worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make
war with him?
5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things
and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name,
and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7 And it was given unto
him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him
over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8 And all that dwell upon the
earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the
Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
To read how Jesus describes the Great Tribulation, and how the Antichrist rapes and pillages the world and Israel, read Matthew 24:1-31. You will see the parallel of imagery between Matthew 24 and Revelation 6 and 13. But remember, Matthew 24 has NOTHING to do with the Church. Matthew 24 is all about the seven years right after Christ removes his Church from the world.
So, we see that the model for the Antichrist to follow as he arrives and announces himself to humanity is that he will claim to fulfill all the prophecies predicted about Christ in the Bible. Some prophecy teachers claim he will blaspheme all the teachings from the Bible. That is a lot of hog wash. Antichrist has to BE Christ to the world. Many people worldwide know a lot about Christ. It will serve Satan a lot better if the Antichrist claims to be Christ rather than to have to totally reprogram the masses. Furthermore, Satan WANTS to be Christ, that is, he wants to be God, as he said in Heaven before the world was created:
Isaiah
14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art
thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast
said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the
stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides
of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be
like the most High.
So, the rest of this article will build on this premise..... Satan's man, the Antichrist, will present himself as righteous, holy, and the perfect copy of Jesus Christ as Christ is presented to us in the four Gospels in the Bible. Antichrist will try to fulfill all the prophecies of the Bible about the Messiah. His reign of peace for three and a half years, while spoiled by all manner of vice and evil, will, on the surface of it, be known as a time of return to righteousness. The rule of Adolph Hitler might be seen as a model for the Antichrist. While Hitler slaughtered millions of Jews and Christians, he had a youth corps that was absolutely spectacular for its return to modesty and decency. We had a neighbor in California who was German, and she joined the Hitler Youth Corps and thought it was the pinnacle of righteousness. Later, she felt like a fool when she saw the real evil heart of Hitler. It may be that millions of unconverted people on earth will be delighted to see Messiah Jesus Christ arrive after the Great Tribulation simply because they made fools of themselves by worshipping the Antichrist and finally realize it.
So, if you wanted to convince the world that you were the Messiah, what would you do?
WHAT I WOULD DO IF I WERE THE ANTICHRIST
1. I would carry a King James Bible.
Prophecy teachers almost all assume the Antichrist will carry some profane and corrupted Bible. Some rather demented Bible teachers imagine the Antichrist will burn all the world's Bibles. Conservative Christians assume he would carry the New International Version which removes one of the names of Jesus over 1200 times.
The Antichrist NEEDS the Bible to prove he is Jesus Christ returned to rule the world.
Why would Antichrist carry the King James Bible?
The King James Bible is still the world's best selling book. It is authoritative. When the Bible is studied in university literature classes, they do not use the NIV, or some other trendy version. They want the old standard that has the most literary sound and is authoritative. No one wants to read a Dick and Jane remake of Shakespeare. They want the original. So, if I were Antichrist, I would carry the KJV, and like Satan did with Eve, and when he tempted Jesus, I would add words to the text to insert my Satanic teachings. Otherwise, I would claim that "the original Greek" says the opposite of the true meaning of the Bible.
2. I would flatter everyone in front of me all the time.
Flattering a man is the very best way to prepare him to be deceived. Once you have exalted a self-conceited fool in his own eyes, you will then be the one who can lead him about and turn him any direction you desire.
Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
Listen to the blasphemy..... TO BISHOP TD JAKES BE ALL THE GLORY.
Proverbs 26:28 A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.
If I were Antichrist, I would know that flattery would lead the whole world into slavery to Satan and eventual ruin.
3. I would use very grand and encouraging speech to call men to me.
I would not stand in a pulpit, like Donald Trump, and rage and grind my teeth on anyone who did not believe in me. Nor would I hang over the microphone with rage all over my face like Bernie Sanders. I would use good words and fair speeches. I would use charming humor like Ronald Reagan.
Romans
16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences
contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
18 For they
that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good
words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
We now have at least three generations of simple minded idiots in the world. The universities have cleansed their minds of serious analytical thought, and they are ready to be called to worship a man with fair speeches, loaded with flatteries.
The following text will set the stage for more things I would do to conquer the world as Antichrist:
Daniel
11:36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself,
and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against
the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that
that is determined shall be done.
37 Neither shall he regard the God of his
fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself
above all.
38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god
whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious
stones, and pleasant things.
39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds
with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he
shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.
40
And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king
of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with
horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall
overflow and pass over.
41 He shall enter also into the glorious land, and
many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even
Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.
42 He shall stretch
forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over
all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be
at his steps.
44 But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble
him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make
away many.
45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the
seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall
help him.
This text from Daniel will be the basis for many of the points which follow below.
4. I would leave all the gods of the world in tact, but I would exalt myself as top god (vs. 39).
I would teach that I am Messiah and the Madhi, and the Jesus of the Bible was merely a great prophet whose teachings are all about me.
1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

The ancient rulers of the empire of Sumer, about 3000 BC, would conquer a nation nearby, and they would carry off the loser nation's god to Nippor, the capital of Sumer. They would then place the loser nation's god in the temple of Nippor, and they would make him head god for a while. This would seduce the loser nation into thinking the Sumerians were really being nice to them, and they would submit.
The best way to win a Muslim to Christ is to call the God of the Bible Allah, and tell the Muslim that Jesus is just an earlier copy of a prophet of God just like Mohammed. There are insane alleged missionaries around the world doing this right now, and they are blaspheming Christ and will burn in Hell for it. If you put your message into the context of another man's religion, he will be rather easy to win as a convert. This is why the Pope has recently blessed all the world's religions and claimed they can bring salvation. The Pope understands well this Antichrist trick.
I would require all people of the world to chant a vow that Jesus has not come in the flesh, but I am the one who comes in the flesh.
1 John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
5. I would not personally worship the God of the Bible (vs. 37).
My goal would be that the Jews and all the world's religious people would worship me, and my speeches and actions would reward those who worship me, while I would punish anyone who did not worship me. The end of vs. 37 says Antichrist will not honor any god, for he magnifies himself. You can see the fallen church getting ready for this as they teach their people to shout "I am rich, I am healthy, I am successful......" This is the teaching of Joel Osteen. The world is ready NOW for the Antichrist.
6. I would not regard the desire of women (vs. 37).
If I were antichrist, I would be a Sodomite, and I would surround myself with queers. I might even make sodomy a religious ritual and claim it was a way of worship. Do you wonder at this idea? Well, Mike Pearl, a conservative Christian writer, in one of his books, has taught that having sex with your wife is an act of worship. It is just one more small step to say that sodomy is an act of worship.
I would forbid men to marry.
I would exalt men who became sodomites. I would also start a masculinity cult which would ravage women and punish them for the feminist movement which overpowered the world before my era. Rape would be decriminalized, and women would be made into slaves.
I would flatter the Pope until he agreed to demote Mary from the godhead where she de facto resides now.
I would exalt the Seventh Day Adventists, Hindus, and New Age vegans, and I would curse anyone eating meat.

Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall
depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath
created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
7. I would officially honor the God of the Old Testament, but I would also exalt all the gods of the world (vs. 38-39).
Verse 38 shows a capital "G" for God. This is because he has to deceive the Jews into believing he worships Jehovah. But, personally, he will honor no god. If you have a modern translation, they change the "G" in God to a lower case "g". The King James Bible translators understood that Antichrist had to pretend to be the Messiah, and their syntax choice is quite correct in the context.
In verse 37-39 "his fathers" is mentioned twice. This clearly hints that the Antichrist will be a Jew so that the Jews will accept him as Messiah. When any Bible teacher comes up with an Anglo, or and African like Obama, as the Antichrist, that Bible teacher is a fraud. The text that they use is Revelation 13:2:
Revelation 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
These beasts are said to be various empires of human history. The problem is, the Revelation text is a vision of what transpires during the Great Tribulation, not in past history. This is a Preterist trick. The verse is all about the predatory nature of the Antichrist. This parallels another Bible text:
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
The Jews who have rejected Jesus Christ as their Messiah will be fast talked into accepting the addition of pagan gods to Jehovah, and they will go for it because of the delusion God sends them mentioned above. This new god, or gods, may be a totally unknown god up until the Antichrist arrives.
There is some question as to who the "god whom his fathers knew not" is. This could be talking about the God of the Bible whom the Jews, "his fathers," knew not, or it could be a totally alien god whom the Antichrist invents so that no existing world god seems to be dominating. The knowing referred to could simply mean that any god chosen will not be Jehovah. Take your pick from the graphic above.
8. I would worship in all the centers of power of other religions (vs. 39).
I would visit the Vatican regularly and flatter the Pope and exalt the Mass, but I would degrade the Virgin Mary. I would visit Mecca regularly and walk around the Kaaba seven times and throw rocks at the devil on Mount Arafat. I would visit India and worship at Benares and burn incense before every god there. I would visit the golden temple at Amritsar, India, the center of Sikh worship, and I would chant the sayings of Guru Nanak before the people. I would speak at Christian colleges where unsaved students still study, like BIOLA, Westmont, Wheaton, and Fuller Seminary. I would promote these pagan gods to a new and special place of honor by creating a god club to which all the pagan gods were enrolled by me.
9. I would divide up the world into worship regions, and give each region its own personal god (vs. 39).
I would teach the world that their local gods rule over them, and I would teach them that all their gods appear before me regularly and worship me as their high god.
10. I would eventually take armies I raised from the nations of the world, and I would invade and ravage Israel and all the nations of the world (vs. 41-42).
This would be a religious war, and I would claim that I was on a Messianic Crusade to use the rod of iron mentioned in Bible prophecy.

7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful
and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured
and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse
from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

I would have the title, King of Kings and Lord of Lords written on all of my military equipment.
11. I would demand that all the banking and financial accounts of the world's religions and commerce be in my treasury (vs. 43).
This way, I would control all the commercial and religious activity of the world. The Vatican Bank would be under my final authority, and everyone with an account there would sign it over to me to "manage" for them. All nations would be forced to add their net worth to my treasury.
Conspiracy junkies often claim that cash will soon be eradicated completely. While the Mark of the Beast will be used for commerce, if I were Antichrist, I would issue new currency so that Third World primitive cultures would still have currency on which my image would be included. This would reinforce the god aspect of my rule on earth. The Mark would still be required for all purchasing transactions.
Because God sends humanity "strong delusion," as we saw above, the world's bankers (see video) will willingly make the Antichrist the ruler of their banks and financial ventures.
12. I would make my headquarters in Mount Zion on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem (vs. 45).
All people who came to me from around the world to worship would have to worship in the Jewish Temple and the Mosque of Omar and then come to my tabernacle and worship me. I would make a special point of forcing the Jews to come and worship me so that their true Messiah was blasphemed.
13. I would call down the power of Lucifer to perform all sorts of signs and miracles.
I would know these miracles are lies, but the gullible population would gobble them up. I would also give this power to my followers to go throughout the world and do miracles in my name. I would make sure that every time a miracle was done by me or my people, we would shout, "Praise Jesus," just like Benny Hinn and Kenneth Copeland did. This would, of course, be another Jesus..... me.

14. I would make war against Jesus Christ.
Lucifer said, before the creation of the world, that he would be like the Most High God. He really believed himself. Antichrist will undoubtedly believe he is more powerful than Christ. His last war will result in his being locked up in chains for a thousand years. We see this self-delusion of Satan in his followers today. Wicked men always believe they can whip God, and they believe they can destroy every Christian they come against. When they lose, they do not repent and admit they cannot beat God in battle. They regroup and start over and try again and again. It is a pathetic characteristic of the Church of the present era that most Christians, and their pastors, are wimps and refuse to stand their ground against Satanic forces and attacks. This is why Jesus pukes in Revelation Chapter 3. He cannot stand the cowardly wimpy Laodicean Church of the End Times.

the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven

15. I would empower world leaders, and staff my palace, with men who had abandoned the Church of Jesus Christ.
Such men as Rousas Rushdoony and Bart Campolo, and faggot huggers like Andy Stanley, would be made first rank leaders in my kingdom. Any churches which were left after the Rapture would be highly regulated to make sure they never taught anything the Jesus of the Bible taught unless they made it clear that I am that Jesus. No pastor would be allowed to continue in ministry unless he publicly bowed before me and declared me to be God.

I would force all who wished to survive to register and take a number in the hand or forehead. Anyone who refused to take the number would be prevented from buying food or water. Anyone selling them food or water would be executed. This would result in everyone on earth worshipping me, and I would become the true Messiah by force.
I would eventually execute everyone on earth who refused to worship me and denounce the Jesus Christ of the Bible as an impostor.
ANTICHRIST WILL REVERSE CHRIST'S TEACHINGS
The word Antichrist must be taken literally. He is "anti," that is, against something. And, what he is against is huge because he becomes the ruler of the world. What Antichrist is against is in the rest of his name..... "Christ." So, what Christ taught while ministering on earth for three and a half years will tell us what Antichrist will teach. Just turn the words of Jesus upside down, and you know what Antichrist will teach. Here are some examples as taken from the Gospels and other Bible texts:
What Jesus taught is in red.
1. John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.- Antichrist will teach that you have to take care of number one.
2. Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.- Antichrist will very likely increase the selling of children as sex slaves. The USA is already looking the other way as many national leaders are not prosecuted for pedophilia. How bad can it get? When the first missionaries arrived in Uganda in the mid 1800s, they were invited to have an audience with Mwanga, the king of Uganda. While he was conversing with them, young boys who were pages were gathered around his throne, and while Mwanga talked, he fondled the boys' private parts openly. This was the new normal to that African king, and it may well be the new normal under the reign of Antichrist. We are, as I write this, watching US Vice President Joe Biden handle and openly caress young girls who visit with him. The world is quite ready for the worst already.
3. Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.- Antichrist will teach people to seek first the good life and self-indulgence.
4. Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.- Antichrist will teach that blessed are the war makers, for they shall be called the friends of the false Jesus.

Antichrist will say, "My followers
hear my voice, and they worship me, and I give unto them bribes and flattery."
6. Matthew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.- Antichrist will tell people to pull down their barns and build new ones. Greed will be the great motivator.
7. Matthew 6:1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.- Antichrist will teach what the Reformed Church of America teaches..... If God has blessed you with riches, flaunt your wealth before sinners to show them how good God is to those who follow John Calvin.

Matthew 5:27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old
time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever
looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already
in his heart.- Antichrist will teach that lusting for another person sexually
is a form of worship. Antichrist will get this from one of Mike Pearl's books.
9. Luke 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.- Antichrist will teach that progress in life is gained by exalting yourself and following Antichrist.
10. Matthew 5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.- Antichrist will tell men to divorce their wives if hey get tired of them or their breasts start to sag, and marry a porn queen. This plan is already in place with President Donald Trump, and thousands of pastors in America think the man is God's salvation of the USA.
11. Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.- Antichrist will require all churches to blaspheme God and Jesus Christ.
12. Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.- Antichrist will teach that any part of the Bible that allegedly talks about him as he Messiah is reliable, but much of the rest of the Bible is outdated and in need of updating by himself, Antichrist.
13. Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.- Antichrist will teach that the Gospel, as it is presented in the Bible, is no longer necessary because he has decided to save everyone and follow the advice of Billy Graham to see every human being as a sincere seeker.
A word of caution is needed here. All of the above examples of how the Antichrist may reverse the truth are my own conjecture. But, I am basing all of them on teachings Satan has already succeeded in promoting in the world today, and most of them are found in pulpits in Christendom. Indeed, some are found in Fundamental Baptist pulpits. I remind you that the Bible says, Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Satan will gladly use the inventions of evil men, especially if they are famous in the Christian religion. These human heretics are better at lying than Satan himself according to the verse above.
The faithful Bible believer, knowing that he could actually speak words Satan might grab and promote further, should pray regularly the prayer of David.....
Psalms 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
UNDERSTAND THE LIMITATIONS OF SATAN AND THE ANTICHRIST
Finally, it is time we understand that Satan does not understand the prophecies in the Bible very well, if at all. The Bible tells you who understands the Word of God:

Corinthians 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of
man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit
of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit
which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of
God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth,
but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for
they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually
discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself
is judged of no man.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may
instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
Satan does not have the mind of Christ, nor does he receive illumination from the Holy Spirit as we do. Satan knows what the Bible says, and he is a master at quoting the Bible and revising it. The New International Version is not the first time Satan convinced men to change what the Bible says. He did this the first time in the Garden of Eden with Eve.
Genesis
3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD
God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat
of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may
eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree
which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither
shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye
shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then
your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
Satan changed what God said in verse 1. Eve actually was doing fine with the truth when she corrected Satan in verse 2-3. But, Satan was on a roll, and he did a masterful job of exegesis by turning God's words and motives upside down. This is as far as Satan can go in the use of Scripture. In using the Word of God to understand the nature of God and his plan for the ages, Satan is a total dunce. The text in 1 Corinthians above makes that very clear.
We also see Satan misquoting Scripture when he tempted Jesus to jump off the pinnacle of the temple:

4:9 And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple,
and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:
10
For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:
11
And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot
against a stone.
Satan added the words, "at any time" to the text from Psalm 91:12. This was done to imply that Jesus could use his power to show off and for personal gratification without submitting to the will of his Father. Satan is a master at adding to God's words. But again, we note that he does not have a clue how to apply the truth of the Word of God to life. This is because he has made himself the enemy of God, and God owes him no favors.
It is a waste of time to teach or debate anything but the Gospel with an unsaved person. But, we need to apply this text above in 1 Corinthians to Satan also. The Holy Spirit is said to teach Bible believers, not devils and Satan. I believe it would shock some preachers if they really knew how little Satan understands about the revelation of Scripture. A lot of assumptions are made when teaching prophecy about how Satan knows his time is short, and other such rubbish talk. Satan is one of the dumbest varmints in the universe. Who else, knowing the power of God, would try to knock God off of his throne and make himself God but a dim bulb Director of Special Music? Be careful who you choose for "Music Minister" for your local church. Musicians, throughout history, have been famous for being dumb and socially disgusting. Consider Mozart and Michael Jackson.
All of the above also applies to Antichrist. He will not be operating under revelation by the Holy Spirit. Antichrist will believe he is going to rule for a thousand years. He will be totally surprised when the king of the south attacks him, and when the king of the north comes against him. He will not believe a word that the Bible says in describing his reign and how it will progress and end. So, stop assuming too much about how smart the devil and Antichrist are.
As we come to the last days of the End Times and the soon return of Christ to remove his Church from the world, we need to pray the prayer of David:
Psalms 119:18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
HOW
TO AVOID BEING FOOLED
BY THE ANTICHRIST MAN
Many prophecy teachers will claim that the Church is gone before the Antichrist is revealed to the world. That simply is not true. As we said elsewhere in this article, God allows someone to identify the Antichrist before the Rapture of the Church.
It is my desire to see you become wise as to the person of the Antichrist. 2 Thessalonians tells us that he will be revealed before the Church Age ends with the Rapture.

Thessalonians 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2 That ye be not soon shaken
in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from
us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3 Let no man deceive you by any
means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and
that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
"That day shall not come." What day is this talking about?
Answer: See verse 1. The day is the day of the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ when we are gathered to him. Paul uses the pronoun "we," and the letter he is writing is to "we" the Church. Do not claim you are a biblical literalist if you try to make the "we" in that verse into the Jews or someone else. The only question now is, who is the Antichrist revealed to in verse 3? Going with the rule of context and literal interpretation, I assume he is revealed to "we" the Church.
Nowhere in the Bible are we told that we are specially blessed if we manage to figure out who the Antichrist is. So, when some Bible teacher tells you you have a duty to identify the Antichrist, tell that teacher, "Shuta yo mouth." I believe Satan has a man on hand at all times whom he has nominated to be the Antichrist. Men like Adolph Hitler, Henry Kissinger, and Jered Kuchner have been classic possibilities. Javier Solana, High Representative of the European Union behaved a lot like a candidate for Antichrist. As each one of these men passes on out of the picture, another one comes forward.
So, could a Bible believer be deceived into being in awe of the man who is to be the Antichrist, and could a Bible believer even exalt that man because that man is so convincing in his behavior?
Answer: Are you exalting President Donald Trump as, "God's man to save America?" Millions of Christians are doing just that, in spite of the fact that he has a potty mouth, is grossly arrogant and proud, and he threw two wives away and married a porn queen. Of women, he says, "Grab 'em by the p___y." If you would go for the lie that Trump will save America in service to God, I promise you my friend, you will one day be cheering for the Antichrist just before God jerks you out to Heaven to hush your fool mouth.
So, what is it that a faithful Bible believer should look for in any man who could be the Antichrist?
First,
he will be religious in a general sense.
He
will not be devil possessed. He will have a commendable pedigree as to his education.
Do not assume the man who is later filled with Satan will at first come on the
scene acting like a Satanist. Indeed, he may be a man like Billy Graham or Franklin
Graham who allegedly preaches the Gospel but charms world leaders wherever he
goes. The Antichrist may be a regular attendee at DAVOS and the Bilderburger Group
where he will be sought out for his wisdom about religion in the world.
Second,
the Antichrist man will be a "good man."
The
man who will be Antichrist will be so righteous and decent in his manners and
culture that the world will have nothing but good words for him. He will seem
to fulfill the qualifications found in Jesus Christ in his coming day of glory:
Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
The Antichrist candidate will receive glory, and honor, and power from world leaders, the media, and even God haters and Atheists because of his clean image. The problem to a Bible believer is that we have thousands of suckers on "Christian" TV and on the Internet who are all too eager to pronounce men as good because they do useful acts and speak in Christian trade talk. Pat Robertson is a classic sucker in this way. He makes some of the most suspect characters "good" so that he can give you a rush, as you assume that Pat has somehow got the authority to declare people "good" godly people. Will you go for this line of horse leavings if Pat one day introduces the Antichrist?
Third,
apply the "all things" rule.
Ephesians
5:13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever
doth make manifest is light.
The Antichrist man will not be able to hold up against examination by the model Jesus Christ. He will claim to be Christ, or at least before the Rapture he will claim to be the person of Christ. But, he will fall down in some obvious area. The average idiot in a church with a Balaam for pastor has learned to give alleged "men of God" a pass if they fall down on some area. They call preachers to pastor their church who weight 350 pounds, or they overlook the immoral defect in a pastor who has been divorced and remarried, and they accept his explanation of how Jesus did not mean what he said in Matthew 5:31-32. These sort of church trash will overlook qualities and prophecies about Jesus Christ and his kingdom reign and person which are glaringly missing in Antichrist.
Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
The Antichrist man will not give Jesus Christ the preeminence in the same way the Bible writers did. There will be some aspect of Jesus Christ that will be left out. I suspect the Antichrist man will turn "I am the way, the truth, and the light" into a Billy Graham doctrine that says God accepts anyone who has a sincere belief in any god.

The Bible tells us what Billy Graham was:

shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the
last time.
19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they
had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out,
that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
Billy Graham abandoned the Gospel preaching churches who thought he was a True preacher of the Gospel. This happened first in Chicago when conservative Bible and Baptist churches invited him to do a crusade in Chicago (1962). Graham agreed, and when he met with the pastors, he saw that they were a small minority of the total church denominational population of Chicago. He told them flat out that they were not big enough for his style of evangelism, and Graham turned to Liberal and dead beat church leaders in the city to promote his crusade. The men who promoted him were unsaved and Bible hating preachers. Billy Graham was a splendid candidate for the Antichrist.
The photo shows Graham receiving the Congressional Medal of Honor. The whole front row is filled with high degree Freemasons. Graham's lawyer threatened to sue me if I exposed Graham as a member of Freemasonry, in spite of the fact that hundreds of Masonic web sites bragged that Graham was a member of Masonry.

Thessalonians 5:20 Despise not prophesyings.
21 Prove all things; hold fast
that which is good.
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
"Prove all things" means exactly what it says. If the Antichrist man fails to be like Jesus in even one way, he is of the devil. Donald Trump fails to be like a Bible believer in several serious ways, but some of you still exalt him as God's man. Thus, you suckers will exalt the Antichrist man who fails to be 100% like Jesus.
Titus 2:10 Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
"All good fidelity" means the true Messiah will be 100% faithful to the Word of God, fulfill all prophecies about himself, and exalt God the Father in all things without exception. Antichrist man will fall down somewhere. Will you catch him?
Fourth,
the Antichrist man will win favor by flattery.
Like
Henry Kissinger and Javier Solana, High Representative of the EU, the Antichrist
man will flatter everyone around him. He will charm the most skeptical world leader
by lifting him up as the latest great hope of the world's destiny.
Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
The greatest load of horse leavings or flattery the Antichrist man will heap on other men will be on the Jewish leaders, both political and religious. Jews have a nature to be vain and respond well to flattery. They simply shine when they are covered with flattery. This is part of the Middle Eastern Semitic temperament, and it is also very common with Arabs and Ethiopians. It matters not that the flattery is a pack of lies. The Antichrist man learned this from Satan the Serpent in the Garden of Eden.
Genesis
3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God
doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and
ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
We already see preachers in some churches teaching that you can be gods. It will be no surprise that Antichrist man tells people they can be super human wonder workers, and he will take any little thing a man has accomplished and magnify it to look like that men saved the whole world from being destroyed.

So, when a religious man, a good man, a well educated man, tells you that you are so wonderful that you have become a little god, would you believe it. Some of you Charismatics already believe it. We ARE ready for the Antichrist to appear, and I personally believe God is now sending the "strong delusion" he said he would send so that you would believe Antichrist man.
Fifth,
Antichrist man will, at first, be rejected by the Jews.
Daniel
11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give
the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom
by flatteries.
The Antichrist man will overcome his first impression on the Jews, which is negative, with the masterful flatteries we spoke of above. We see this in certain diplomats today, like Henry Kissinger and Donald Trump, but will we realize that the initial rejection of the Antichrist man by the Jews is a fulfillment of prophecy? Will we tremble as we realize that the Jews will soon be suckered in by Antichrist's flattery until they exalt him as their Messiah?
Sixth,
he will not at first be a warring man.
The
wars of Antichrist will not begin until well after the Rapture of the Church,
probably after he has a wound in the head and appears to have been resurrected.
So, do not make the mistake of thinking some prolific war maker is the coming
Antichrist (Daniel Chapter 11). His first few years will be noted for peace treaties
between the Jews and Arabs and possibly the disarming of the world.
Seventh,
who is exalting the Antichrist man?
Heretics
will not be cheering for Messiah Jesus Christ when he comes in power and great
glory at the end of the Great Tribulation.
Revelation 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
We know that there will be those who hate to see Messiah Jesus Christ appear at his Second Advent because he returns with a sword coming from his mouth (words that kill or wound), and he has a rod of iron with which to rule. Iron is symbolic of force and harsh punishment. These weapons are not there for decoration. They are there because they will be needed to subdue the world leaders and power people who hate him.
Thus, you can count on it..... when the false Messiah is revealed, those same heretics and power people will exalt him because he is the man of Satan, and he will charm these rebel rulers. So, watch for a man who is exalted by the most wretched leaders of the world in both political, national, and religious circles.
I am sure I have missed something in this list, but I hope this prepares diligent Bible believers in the event they happen to be where they can identify and mark the Antichrist man when he arrives. Let us be diligent in using the Bible, not prophecy experts, to inform ourselves in these perilous Last Days.

that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
I have dropped this text in here again for a good reason. Verse 2 clearly implies that some Christians will be shaken in mind and spirit, and by words published in books and online as they hear from fake experts in prophecy teaching. If a prophecy teacher is famous, you can count on it..... he is teaching some novel heretical counterfeit of Bible prophecy. There is a false teaching to seduce everyone, that is, if you are fool enough to believe that a man is a true teacher because large crowds attend his meetings or buy his books. The Bible is the ONLY text book you need to understand as much of the End Times as God wants you to know. The peril comes when you want to know more than God told you in his Word. At that point, there is always some false teacher ready to give you a load or that stuff President Harry Truman's wife kept trying get him to refer to as chicken manure. And, some of you will eat it up, thirty foot prophesy chart and all.
DO YOU HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS A SUCKER FOR HERETICAL PROPHECY?
Romans
16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences
contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
18 For they
that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good
words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
19 For your obedience
is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would
have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.
Your friend is a potential sucker for Antichrist. I have seen them over and over growing up in churches my father pastored, in the missionfield, and in churches I pastored. I have tuned pianos in homes where silly men and woman were sucking up the garbage shoveled out from TBN and the 700 Club and many more sources. What can you do to help your friends whom you believe are targets for the lies of the coming Antichrist?
First, DO NOT ever become 100% sure you are looking at The Antichrist. Thousands of Christians have done that before you and made fools of themselves. If you see all the qualities of Antichrist in some world ruler or religious leader, do as verse 17 tells you above..... mark them. This is what a meat inspector does with a side of beef. He has a stamping machine which he rolls over the carcass which prints "prime" or "grade A" etc. on the carcass. When your friend chatters about Mr. Wonderful, make a study of how much he resembles the Antichrist, and then show your friend your results and conclusions. Warn them of the folly of exalting man instead of Jesus Christ.
Especially make a note of the "good words and fair speeches" made by famous religious leaders. These words are made even more obvious when you realize that they are not words which edify but words which seduce and flatter. Tell your friend to start looking for this and understand that God hates flattery.
Finally, in verse 19 you are told to be wise and informed best "unto that which is good." Keep your response and research time short and simple as to that which is evil. If your friend is spending hours and hours delving into the life and wonders of some religious Antichrist type man, rebuke them for getting their attention off of Jesus Christ. If your friend refuses to take warning and make mental changes in this issue, shuck off that friend. They will draw you into endless and absurd discussions about their folly. Do not let anyone draw you into Flat Earth Christianity.
CONCLUSION
So, who are you looking for?
Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
Going to Christ in the Rapture of his Church depends on whether or not you have confessed Christ as Lord and Savior, and it also depends on whether or not you are looking for him. The text in Hebrews above is clearly a conditional prophecy. No Calvinist would tolerate a literal interpretation of this verse, but there it is. So, if your place in Heaven depended on whether or not you are zealously expecting, and looking for Jesus Christ to come for you, ARE YOU LOOKING FOR HIM?
A certain leniency should be shown to the weaker believer who thinks the Great Tribulation has already come and passed. If they are looking for Jesus to return to establish his Kingdom, well, at least they are looking for him, and that should give us joy in their salvation. Just do not let them evangelize you for their prophetic errors.
Too many Christians are looking too zealously for the Antichrist, and by this fact we can know that they are not genuinely born again. They are looking the wrong way.

2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly,
righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 Looking for that blessed
hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and
purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
15 These things
speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
This thought is taken from verse 15 above. If you are looking for Christ to take his Church to himself and Heaven, and some other Christian, a Preterist, blows off his mouth about all the prophecies being fulfilled in the past, rebuke the arrogant wretch boldly. Preterists rob believers of their hope, and some Preterists may not even be born again.
Two theologians were arguing about whether or not there would be a rapture of the Church before the Great Tribulation.
Believer: "If all the prophecies have happened, what is your 'blessed hope?'"
Preterist: "I hope that I am right."
Believer: "I would be frightened if I was not looking for Jesus. What if Christ decided to leave you behind to see what a Great Tribulation really is?"
Suddenly a trumpet sounds, long and powerfully, and a mighty voice calls, "Come up hither." The believer is at once snatched into the air, and the Preterist is still on the ground.
Believer: "Hey, Bill, stop doubting the Bible, and come up here."
Preterist: "I can't. I need to edit my book and remove all my errors on the Rapture."
Edit your book NOW, stupid.

Verse 3 above makes it very clear that those who are not looking for Jesus to appear right now have no motivation to be pure. A Rapture Ready believer wants to be pure the moment Jesus appears. Perhaps that explains the lack of victory in your life. You do not have anyone to be ready for.

If you are truly born again, according to the context of these three verses, you WILL be looking for that blessed hope of the appearing of Jesus Christ. If you are not looking for his appearing, you are lost and on your way to Hell.
