Many
saints are helped to lose their assurance of salvation by wicked preachers. These
hirelings do not care if they destroy assurance. They live to see the numbers
"come forward" and kneel on the magic carpet at the front of the church
house. These blasted scum are not even saved themselves. So, they may even get
a rush out of keeping the sheep terrified that they may revert to goats. This
page is for YOU, that is, if you have been a victim of retreaders. Salvation is
accomplished ONCE FOR ALL. Do not let anyone rob you of your confidence.
Most
"Christians" are going to hell - The Graham Formula The
only thing in this video which is weak is the discussion of the "struggle
of faith". There is no place in the Word of God where this struggle is dealt
with. Salvation can come very suddenly if a person simply and totally believes
that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God, as Peter did in John 6:69
(KJV) And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ,
the Son of the living God.
Philippians
1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good
work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus
Christ:
The
fact that you backslide and sin from time to time is not proof you can lose your
salvation. It is proof that the battle over the flesh and the devil is not over
until we are all taken to be with the Lord, when, "We shall be like him,
for we shall see him as he is." When you fall, God does not disown you. He
simply gets on with his promise above-- to "work in you."
THE
PARABLE OF DOYLE
Our
friend, Doyle Brewer, had one leg longer than the other. He was told by doctors
that he would have to learn to live with it. He had to have a special shoe
made with a thicker sole so that he could stand and walk normally.
One
day Doyle took his wife to visit a chiropractor who seemed to help her. Doyle
did not have much respect for chiropractors in general, but this fellow was
doing some real good for his wife. When he walked into the doctor's office
one day the doctor noticed his one shoe with a built up sole. The doctor said,
"I might be able to help you with that."
Doyle
explained that his doctor had told him there was no help for his condition.
The chiropractor made Doyle a deal. He said that he would x-ray Doyle's neck,
and if he could not help him, there would be no charge. Doyle decided that
his wife's experience was proof enough that he should at least let the doctor
try.
The
x-ray showed a vertebra in Doyle's neck was slightly out of line, and after
adjusting that vertebra, Doyle's short leg immediately became as long as the
other one.
Now,
here is what I want you to remember from this parable-- The doctor strictly
ordered Doyle to never again wear the special shoe. He made Doyle promise
he would go home bare footed. He told Doyle that if he did anything to return
to the adjustments he had made for the short leg, the vertebra would pop out
again, and he would have to do the cure all over.
If
your pastor, or another alleged Christian, helped you doubt your salvation
and lose your assurance in the keeping power of Jesus Christ, are you going
to return to them? Will you keep sitting under the preaching of that hireling
pastor who attacks your confidence in your Father's love and promises?
Do
you LIKE being a cripple? Is loyalty to any local church and pastor worth the
doubts and fears they put on you?
Galatians
4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how
turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again
to be in bondage?
