CNN Sunday Special Date: 97-07-26 14:59:10 EDT

I understand that CNN IMPACT news is going to do another special on Benny Hinn this Sunday. I hope you will plan to watch it! See what God commends (1 Chron. 12:32); see what God commands (2 Tim. 3:1). Benny Hinn described a Roman Catholic communion he partook in. Hinn said someone stepped in front of him. The sensation became so real that he reached out and touched the robe which had a silky feeling. He went on to say, "I was feeling the actual form of a body." His own body went numb. Benny concluded that God gave him a revelation and "when we partake of the communion, it really is Jesus and He heals your body. So how can you stay weak and sick?" (PTL, Dec.27 1994). He promoted Roman Catholic transubstantiation. The Bible teaches that if you do not take communion correctly you become weak and sick. Some die, being judged while not considering the body and the blood of the Lord (1 Cor.11:30). Scripture mentions no healing from taking communion! Bennys upbringing in a Roman Catholic school still influences him today. In his 1997 Hawaiian crusade, Benny droned along to a soft musical background about his communication with the dead (necromancey). He described seeing Jesus on a regular basis, describing His clothes and expressions etc. "Many," Jesus said, will be deceived by the false teachers of the last days. TBN and Benny Hinn's crusades are leading the masses into apostasy! Has Benny Hinn found God? His friend, Oral Roberts, saw a 900 foot tall "Jesus" who lied to him about the cost of his hospital and the cure for cancer. He has another Jesus and a different spirit (2 Cor. 11:4). Over 900 people drank Jim Jones kool-aid; over 900,000 drank Oral Roberts hog-wash!! Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity Matthew 7:21-23.
